MeggaFest – Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for MeggaFest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and event stated (Family Afternoon or Evening Comedy).
• Please bring your ticket confirmation (digital or printed) for entry.
• Entry may be refused if tickets cannot be verified.

Event Changes

• MeggaFest is a not-for-profit event, with all ticket income used to deliver the festival and its activities.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, performers, activities, timings or layout where necessary.
• Any changes will be made with the aim of delivering the best possible experience and will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Weather & Force Majeure

• MeggaFest will go ahead in most weather conditions.
• In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, safety concerns or other force majeure events), we will communicate clearly with ticket holders. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered where appropriate.

Children & Supervision

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• MeggaFest accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children.
• Some activities may have age limits or capacity restrictions for safety reasons.

Food & Allergies

• Food will be available on site; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
• It is the responsibility of attendees to check ingredients and manage allergies appropriately.

Health, Safety & Behaviour

• Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by staff and stewards.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Photography & Filming

• MeggaFest may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
• By attending, adult attendees consent to the possible use of their image or likeness in future marketing materials.
• Children under the age of 12 will not be intentionally filmed or photographed for promotional use.
• Any filming of the event will avoid close-ups or identifiable images of children under 12.
• If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of staff on the day.

Personal Property

• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
• MeggaFest accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft of personal items.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
